    No, as long as we have access to the property, you're welcome to go about your day. Many landlords and letting agents give us access directly or leave keys in a secure location. If you're a homeowner and prefer to be present, that's absolutely fine too—whatever works best for you.

  • Do you bring your own cleaning products and equipment?

    Yes, we provide all our own professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment. You don’t need to worry about supplying anything unless you have specific products you’d like us to use.

  • Do you clean student properties?
